In active response to the national green and low-carbon development strategy, and to continuously consolidate the foundation of standardized corporate management while improving energy control and efficient utilization, our company recently passed the full-scope audit of the Energy Management System conducted by Shandong Saige Certification Technology Co., Ltd. We successfully obtained the Energy Management System certificate, marking a major milestone in the company's standardization management efforts.
Uniting to Build a Solid Foundation for the Energy Management System
Since receiving the system-building assignment in April this year, the company quickly launched its energy management system construction. With no mature precedent to reference and no dedicated task-force team, a system assistant engineer independently led and coordinated the entire effort, overcoming challenges throughout the process.
Empowered and guided by a professional consulting team, we strictly followed the national energy management system standard and completed the preliminary work in an orderly manner, including the summary of corporate information for the 2024–2026 period, the certification application, and cooperation contract signing. Based on our actual production and operations, we refined, revised, and optimized the complete set of energy management system documents item by item, improved the energy management systems and procedures in a targeted manner, addressed the gaps in our energy standardization management, and established an energy management framework suited to the company's long-term development.
All-Hands Collaboration: Successfully Completing the Full Certification Audit
The certification audit was rigorously carried out in two stages. The audit experts conducted a comprehensive, detailed, and stringent assessment of the company's core work — including the establishment of energy management systems, energy control processes, energy-saving and consumption-reduction implementation, and system implementation results — through document review, on-site inspection, process verification, and work interviews. All functional departments and production units of the company worked together with high efficiency and effective coordination, successfully completing each stage of the audit, and officially obtained the certificate on July 30.
